ATTENDANCE:
Progress and advancement is attained only by consistently attending class. Every effort must be made to keep absences to a minimum to none. Be on time, you are expected to arrive at least 5 minutes early.

HAIR:
Hair must be tightly pulled away from face and neck, in all classes. Ballet students hair must be pulled in to a secure bun with hair net and bobby pins.

FOOD and DRINKS:
Absolutely no food, drinks or candy are allowed in the dance rooms. Water bottles are allowed. This applies not only to our students but also parents and siblings, unless given permission by the directors of LDC staff. Please help keep our facility clean.

LDC will follow the Greenville/Newberry County School Schedule for most holiday closings. This DOES NOT include teacher work days and some Monday holidays. LDC will follow Greenville/Newberry County School Schedule for cancellations due to inclement weather. Missed classes due to inclement weather will not be rescheduled. TUITION:
Tuition is NOT based on a cost per month basis. All tuition is due on or before the 1st of each month, regardless of what day this may fall. A $10 late fee will be applied to all accounts not paid by the 5th. Tuition remains the same whether it is a 3 week or 5 week month, (regardless of student absences.) Tuition is based on the amount of weeks in a season running September 11th-May 18th (EX. 1–one-hour class $540 for the entire season.) Tuition for a student who attends more than 1 class or have a sibling attending class, is determined by how many classes and how many children are taking. All tuition is based on how many weeks are in a season then totaled and divided in to monthly or semester installments. Payment and discounts vary depending on which installment plan you choose. *Family discounts apply to those with more than one child enrolled. *Unless you choose Unlimited family tuition.

until the balance is paid. If you or your child decides to stop attending LDC, tuition will continue to accrue unless we are notified with a written notice of withdrawal. No tuition or costume payment will be refunded if you withdraw before the dance season is completed. No refunds of any tuition or summer camps paid. A $30 returned check fee is charged for all returned checks.

All costumes will be ordered in December. A costume deposit of $25 will be due by October 30th and the balance, expected to be between $65-$95, is due by November 30th. If your child enrolls in more than one class expect to pay a deposit of $25 for each class and expect the balance to be $60-$95 for each costume. You may choose to have your costume fee included in your monthly tuition installments. Costume payments are nonrefundable since made to order costumes cannot be returned. It is our belief that students work more productively when not observed. Teachers need the students’ full attention without interruption or distraction to teach effectively. For this reason, we have a secure camera system where you can view your child’s class directly from your mobile device.

LATE PICK UP:
If your child is not picked up within 15 minutes after the end of a class a fee of $10 will be charged for every 15 minutes thereafter. Please notify us if you have an emergency situation.

DRESS REHEARSAL and RECITAL:
Our Rehearsal and Recital for 2025 is currently TBA.
Students will receive assigned rehearsal times during the designated rehearsal time frame. A detailed recital packet will be given out in late February

2 tickets, 1 end of the year program and a digital link to your child’s performance in the show is included in your $80 performance fee. (Families with multiple students will pay a family rate performance fee of $115 and will receive 4 tickets, a program for each dancer, as well as digital links to their performances.) Any additional tickets will be available for purchase starting one month before recital. $10 for adults and $5 for children. *We are not responsible for lost tickets.

All students receive a trophy for each dance year completed. There is a trophy fee of $15-$40. Students will receive trophies during the last week of classes.

Completed forms and a non-refundable registration fee is due in order to reserve a space in class. Registration fee is $25 per
student and $35 per family with more than one child enrolled. Registration fees are to reserve your child’s space in classes
